We reserve the right to change our pricing, packages, or service offerings at any time. However, we will honor any signed agreements made prior to those changes.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in your specific service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

Final payment is due upon project completion or on a monthly retainer basis
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Retainer services are typically billed monthly and may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. One-time projects that are cancelled after work has begun may be subject to partial charges based on work completed to date.
Deposits for video shoots or scheduled production days are non-refundable once dates are confirmed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality, professional content and a smooth user experience on our website, we do not guarantee the site will always be error-free or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Third Phase Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Retainer Services
Our monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.

You may cancel your retainer at any time with written notice.

Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused services once work has begun.
We’re committed to resolving any service concerns—please contact us if you’re unhappy with a deliverable.
One-Time Projects (Video/Photography)

A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) is required to book your project.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before a scheduled shoot may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

Cancellations within 7 days of the shoot are non-refundable.

We will attempt to reschedule your project, but rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional fees.
Project Completion

Once final assets are delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.

If you’re not satisfied, you may request revisions within 5 business days of delivery (within the scope outlined in your agreement).
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
